When I was a young stay-at-home mom with my first baby, we moved to a new state for work. I didn’t know anyone and had little opportunity to meet anyone except at church. Our church was full of people, but unfortunately, none were around our age. I was pretty lonely. I started praying for a friend. Within about a year, three young couples moved into our area and started attending church with us! To me, it was a miracle! I became friends with all three women, and am still friends with all three many years later. I know that Heavenly Father hears and answers our prayers in His time. I know that Christ knows and understands the pain and loneliness we experience and He is there to bring us peace. Sometimes, we have to look closely, but we will see His hand in our lives.
